Hackney: what your submission needs to address.
Hackney connects its air-quality requirements with car-free development, construction management and the protection of future users.
Neutral and Positive
The council states that developments must be Neutral; larger EIA schemes must also address London’s Positive requirements.
Transport strategy
LP33 sets a car-free approach, with parking limited to disabled spaces or essential servicing. This needs to align with the air-quality assumptions.
Construction practice
Use the borough’s Code of Construction Practice for logistics, waste, dust and air quality, with applicable machinery standards and registration.
