Richmond upon Thames: what your submission needs to address.
Richmond’s checklist gives separate routes for impact assessment, Neutral and Positive evidence.
Impact assessment
All major schemes need AQA. Certain minor schemes within or beside a Focus Area also need it, including sensitive uses or street-level residential conversions.
Neutral and Positive
Include Neutral within the major AQA. Major EIA development needs a Positive statement, updated for reserved matters where appropriate.
Agree the evidence
The council recommends agreeing methodology and data with its air-quality officer before assessment.
